Level 1: Foundation
- Learn techniques for basic punches and footwork using jump ropes, heavy bags and speed bags.
- Increase agility, endurance and coordination through practice drills.
Level 2: Advanced
- Fine-tune your current boxing skills and train in a high-intensity, accelerated, non-contact environment.
- Learn advanced punching and footwork drills that build strength, speed and power.
