By joining Sports Clubs you will be making a commitment to your health and well-being. You will also be gaining a support system of fitness professionals who are committed to you—committed to delivering the programs, services and assistance you need to achieve whatever fitness goals you set for yourself.

Checklist for Your First Visit

  • Workout clothes and athletic shoes; synthetic fabrics with wicking qualities are better than cotton.
  • A lock for your locker—locks are available for purchase at the front desk.
  • Headphones for the club’s audiovisual entertainment system or for your own portable music player.
  • Any personal toiletries—shampoo, conditioner, soap and body lotion are provided in locker rooms.
  • A towel if needed—ask if your club provides towels.
  • Register with the fitness manager for your complimentary personal fitness workout (see "First 30 Days" for details).

    At the Club, Remember to Pick Up These Items

    • Group Exercise Class Guide—lists all of the group exercise class formats available.
    • Group Exercise Class Schedule—offers an at-a-glance look at all the classes offered at your club. Find a class now.
    • Massage Services Card—explains the benefits of massage, an important part of any fitness regimen.
