Membership ID and Check-in at the Clubs
Upon joining you will be issued a membership ID card which will allow you to access the clubs. Please present your ID card for verification by our front desk associate. If you lose your ID card, a membership consultant will issue you a new one. There is a $1.00 fee for a new card.
Club Attire
We want you to be comfortable when you work out, so our dress code is simple—a top, bottom and athletic shoes must be worn at all times.
Guests
Guest passes are available for purchase from our membership consultants. All guests must present a picture ID card and register before entering the club. Refer your friends and get a Sports Clubs backpack filled with a Sports Clubs hat, water bottle and headphones.
Cell Phones and Electronic Devices
Cell phones are welcome in our lobby, the hallways and staircases. However, the use of cell phones in the cardiovascular and strength training areas, the group exercise studios, and the locker rooms is strictly prohibited. Cameras and other image capturing devices are strictly prohibited in all areas of the facility at all times.
Parking and Transportation
Some Sports Clubs have particular parking and/or transportation requirements. Before using a location that you are not familiar with, it is a good idea to call ahead to ask about parking and transportation specifics. Please refer to the Find a Club page or the Locations and Services Guide for a list of all Sports Clubs addresses and phone numbers.
Health, Safety and Security
In addition to complying with applicable health and safety codes, Sports Clubs takes additional steps to ensure your health, safety and security while you are in our facilities. To improve security, every guest who enters our facilities has his or her image captured in our check-in system. We also offer lock boxes to secure valuables. Emergency preparedness is a priority, so each club performs periodic drills to train staff in how to respond appropriately to various situations that could foreseeably occur. If you have any safety or security concerns while you are using our facilities, please see any member of our staff.
