All-Star Sports:
Ages 3–6. The focus is on age-appropriate sports skill development in a continuous circuit of fun. One sport is featured each week such as T-ball, hockey, soccer, basketball, lacrosse, flag football, and track and field.
Cheertastics:
Ages 5–15. Kids build strength and flexibility while developing strong cheerleading skills with a combination of chants, clapping, jumps and dance. No cheerleading experience required.
DancExperience:
Ages 3–15. Stomp, step, shake and dance to Stompin' Rhythms and DanceTV. Your kids will learn the latest dance moves to their favorite pop artist videos. Each session culminates with an in-studio video production. No recital fees or costumes to buy.
DancExperience: DanceTV:
Ages 6–15. Kids embrace their inner pop star, learning the latest dance moves from top music videos. It’s fast moving and challenging but appropriate for all ages. No dance experience is necessary.
DancExperience: Stompin' Rhythms:
Ages 3–5. Both boys and girls will have fun learning basic dance steps in ballet, tap and jazz while incorporating their favorite themes. A variety of instruments including taps for shoes, drums, tambourines, maracas, lummi sticks and bells are provided.
Gym Dandy:
Ages 12–36 months. A fun, social atmosphere for the toddler and parent to learn and explore using motor skills, special awareness, tactile activities and music.
Gymtastics:
Ages 3–15. Kids will learn to tumble, flip and roll in our fantastic, energizing recreational gymnastics program. Classes teach basic gymnastics skills through the use of themes, music, fun and games.
Kickboxing Kids:
Ages 6–12. In this unique blend of boxing, kickboxing and martial arts, kids are taught discipline, focus and coordination as well as how to channel their energy.
Kids Club Yoga:
Ages 5–8 and 9–12. Kids Club Yoga is the perfect way to introduce your kids to a non-competitive fitness regimen. This program is a total mind-body workout taught in a simple, fun and kid-friendly manner.
Kidspin Theater:
Ages 8–15. Kids transform stationary bikes into imaginary vehicles of travel and exploration. Video, pop music, and a feeling of virtual reality are built into this improvisational experience. (Kids must be at least 4’-8” tall and have a minimum inseam of 28”)
Mini Gymi’s :
Ages 6–36 months. This parent and tot interactive class includes playing rhythm instruments and signing, along with a mini gym obstacle course.
Youth Sports Conditioning:
Ages 7–10 and 11–13. In this class your kids will get the exercise they need to grow healthy, strong and fit, all while having a blast in an exciting, non-competitive, social atmosphere.
