All equipment-based boxing and kickboxing classes utilize heavy bags, speed bags, double-end bags, mitts or a combination thereof. All participants are required to wear gloves and handwraps. Martial arts classes develop physical skills such as flexibility, balance, power, coordination and agility using ancient disciplines and traditions.

Advanced Boxing:    Advanced drills and combinations help improve endurance and develop overall boxing skills.  Experienced boxers only!

Box I.T. :    A circuit training class combining cardiovascular boxing moves with intervals of strength training.

Boxing (Noncontact):    A circuit workout utilizing basic boxing techniques

Capoeira:    A unique and exhilarating form of Afro-Brazilian martial arts, this class combines the elegance of dance and the power of martial arts with Afro-Brazilian musical rhythms in a dynamic workout that emphasizes endurance, speed and strategy.

Cardio Box :    Traditional boxing moves are used to develop cardiovascular fitness, agility and quickness.

Cardio Kickbox :    Traditional kickboxing moves are performed continuously to develop cardiovascular fitness, agility and quickness.

Club Kick:    This class introduces participants of all fitness levels to the fun, physical and mental challenges of kickboxing. You'll punch and kick your way up to progressively challenging multi-level drills and routines.

Intro to Boxing:    Beginners will be introduced to basic boxing skills and learn how to perform them safely and effectively.

Kickbox Conditioning:    This circuit workout alternates kickboxing lower body work with strength training upper body work.

Kickbox I.T. :    A circuit training class combining cardiovascular kickboxing moves with intervals of strength training.

Kickboxing (Noncontact) :    This class combines the traditions of martial arts with the fundamentals of boxing to condition the entire body.

Martial Arts Conditioning:    A conditioning class based on the principles of martial arts training.

Tae Kwon Do :    A Korean art form meaning “the way of hand and foot fighting,” this class incorporates kicking, striking and blocking techniques to develop flexibility, strength and stamina.

Tai Chi :    Awaken the “chi,” or life force, with exercises that balance and focus internal energies in a relaxing and meditative way.
