Prenatal Yoga utilizes traditional yoga moves in a safe and effective format. It helps women adapt to their changing bodies while easing common pregnancy discomfort. Moms-to-be improve core stabilization and learn breathing and relaxation techniques that will benefit them during both pregnancy and childbirth.
This class is recommended for women who are interested in either beginning or maintaining a yoga practice during their pregnancy. Modifications are made to ensure a safe, yet challenging program.*
