Want big results? Go small. Small Group Training will spark your interest and revitalize your routine. Choose from classes like Pilates reformer, Pilates tower, functional training, boxing technique and many others. Training is progressive so each week you build on what you did the week before. Groups are limited to eight people so there’s plenty of individual attention to go around. These programs last eight sessions, require separate fees and are not included with membership.
