We’re committed to building a great member experience through fresh and innovative programs, and as these programs evolve, so must our clubs. To ensure that our members have the best tools and equipment to take advantage of the latest exercise techniques, we’re outfitting many of our clubs with a new UXF Training Zone. See a list of clubs that have a UXF Training Zone.

What is the UXF Training Zone?
The UXF Training Zone is a training area that features an array of innovative equipment designed to maximize your workout and deliver fast results. With an emphasis on functional training, this space is comprised of several exercise stations designed to condition your body for the activities performed in daily life. Here’s an overview of some of the tools you’ll find in the UXF Training Zone:
TRX® Suspension Training
The original bodyweight-based portable training tool that uses your own bodyweight and gravity to build strength, balance, flexibility and core stability.
Kettlebells
Use exercises that employ all three planes of motion simultaneously to engage dozens of muscles at once. The result? You get a calorie-burning cardio workout that builds lean muscle while strengthening your core.
Battle Ropes
Manipulating these thick, rigid ropes to produce waves is an excellent conditioning exercise for your core and upper body.
Sand Bag (or large tire)
The non-ergonomic design of these training tools mirror objects found in the real world that are difficult to lift and stabilize. By incorporating this workout into your routine, you’ll build the strength and conditioning needed to overcome the rigors of everyday activities.
Agility Ladder
Improve your agility, coordination, foot speed, and balance as you quickly step through the rungs of the ladder.
Sled
Pushing a weighted sled builds speed and power by strengthening your legs, shoulders and core. This training tool bridges the gap between running and weight room exercises like squats.
