SilverSneakers® I-MSRM:
Muscular Strength & Range of Movement. Have fun and move to the music while doing various exercises designed to increase strength, range of movement, and activity for daily living. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and physio balls provide resistance. Chairs are used for support.
SilverSneakers® SilverSplash®:
To keep your workouts fun, just add water. SilverSplash improves agility, flexibility and cardiovascular endurance. You never leave the shallow water so swimming is not required. A special kickboard is used to develop strength, balance and coordination.
SilverSneakers® YogaStretch:
Move your whole body through a series of seated and standing yoga poses. Chairs provide support for various postures designed to increase flexibility, balance and range of movement. Breathing exercises and a relaxation period reduce stress and improve mental clarity.
SilverSneakers®-Cardio Circuit:
This standing circuit workout combines fitness with fun to boost your cardio and muscular endurance. Upper body strength work using hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and physio balls is alternated with non-impact aerobic choreography. Chairs are used for support, stretching and relaxation exercises.
