Please…

  • Let your instructor know if you have any medical conditions or are pregnant.
  • Bring water and a towel; wear proper footwear to class.
  • Put equipment away and wipe down bikes when done.
  • Be quiet and respectful outside the studio.

Please DO NOT…

  • Use cell phones, camera devices or MP3 players.
  • Save spots for others—space is first come, first served.
  • Enter the studio while class is in session. For safety reasons, there is no admittance after 10 minutes of class.
  • Engage in lengthy conversations during class.

Reservation Policy

  • Reservations are recommended for all classes.
  • Reservations can be made online at TSI.MosoMyClub.com or in person at the club Welcome Desk. Please note that online reservations require that you create an account.
  • Class reservations can be made starting 26 hours in advance of the class.
  • Reservations are forfeited 2 minutes before class begins.
  • Only club members may reserve classes.
  • Members may only reserve classes for themselves.
  • You may cancel your reservation up to one hour before the class begins at the Welcome Desk or online.
  • If a class is full, members may add their name to the “wait list” and they will be given priority for unclaimed reservations at the start of the class.

Cycling Classes

  • Arrive 10 minutes early to properly set up your bike.
  • Check to make sure all pins and toe clips are secure.
  •
  • New Riders:

  • Ask your instructor to properly set up your bike for you.
  • Ask your instructor how to use the brake.
  • Take it slow. The pedals do not rotate backward like on a regular bike.
  • Don’t stand and pedal without resistance. For safety reasons, increase resistance when pedaling while standing. Ask your instructor how to add resistance.
  • Learn to handle loss of control. In the event that your feet slip off the pedals, use the emergency brake knob to slow the flywheel and pedals.
