A-I Stretch:    The active-isolated stretching technique consists of slow, smooth, range-of-motion exercises. Special ropes may be used for assistance.

Classic Stretch :    Based on dancers' stretch routines, this class increases flexibility.

Club Stretch:    This yoga and Pilates-based stretch program not only improves muscle tone, posture and flexibility, it also helps prevent injuries and relieve stress.

Sports Stretch :    A class designed to increase flexibility and improve body alignment with exercises used by top athletes.
