African Dance:    A low-impact workout with movements based on traditional African dance. Includes drummers.

Afro-Latin Funk:    House music provides the soundtrack in this easy-to-follow class that combines African Dance and Latin Groove.

Ballet:    Classical ballet stretches, barre work and floor exercises for the beginner or those returning to the basics.

Bhangra Beats:    An Indian dance-inspired workout that uses sounds of the dhol drum mixed with mainstream music such as reggae and hip-hop.

Bokwa:    This high-energy dance workout makes getting fit as simple as ABC. Bokwa's unique approach ditches traditional choreography and replaces it with drawing letters and numbers with your feet. The end result is a fun and effective workout that's great for all ages and fitness levels. Simply feel the beat, move freely and burn calories to a soundtrack of today's most popular songs.

Brazilian Groove:    This class mixes Brazilian moves and music with funky, multi-impact choreography.

Burlesque Groove:    A fun multi-impact dance class to unleash your inner goddess!

Calvinography Dance:    A signature aerobics dance workout taught by instructor Calvin Wiley including non-traditional choreography and teaching styles. An excellent opportunity to increase your movement vocabulary.

Cardio Jam :    An eclectic mix of cardio movement styles such as funk, jazz, and swing come together for a great workout.

Cardio Jazz Dance:    Jazz dance movements are choreographed into a low-impact workout.

Cardio Video Dance:    A low-impact workout with the music and choreography from popular music dance videos adapted for the fitness environment.

Dancenergy:    Energetic, choreographed dance routines drawn from several dance styles including jazz, ballet, Latin, modern and hip-hop.

Global Dance:    An eclectic mix of dance styles such as jazz, ballet and hip-hop are performed against the backdrop of rhythms from around the world. High-energy moves combined with callisthenic exercises create a workout that burns calories, builds strength and improves balance.

Hip-Hop Funk:    This class combines funk, house, hip-hop, and the latest street dance moves.

Latin Dance :    Shake it in this exhilarating workout incorporating traditional Latin dance movements and music.

Latin Groove :    This class mixes traditional Latin dance moves with funky, multi-impact choreography.

Masala Bhangra:    An Indian dance-inspired workout that uses the sounds of the dhol drum mixed with mainstream music such as reggae and hip-hop.

Middle Eastern Belly Dance:    Commonly known as belly dancing, this class teaches total muscle isolation, elegant hand gestures, and intricate body gyrations.

Multi-Groove :    A hi/lo-impact class with funky music, fun choreography and high energy, it’s great for all levels.

N.I.A.:    (Neuromuscular Integrative Action) A non-impact movement class that combines tai chi, yoga, martial arts, and modern and ethnic dance.

Power Dance:    Jazz-style dance moves are choreographed into low- and mixed-impact routines.

Power Dance Step :    Jazz-style dance moves are integrated into step choreography.

Power Funk:    This class mixes funky music and moves with low-impact choreography.

Power Groove :    A funky multi-impact class with a sense of humor designed to break down even the most inhibited soul.

Reggae Workout :    A rhythmic workout taught to the Afro-Caribbean sounds of reggae, calypso and soca.

Will, Power and Grace:    Will Power & Grace is a high-energy cardiovascular mosaic of dance principles, callisthenic drills, and yogic postures based on functional training philosophy.

Zumba Dance®:    Zumba is a fusion of body sculpting movements with easy to follow dance steps to the tune of Latin and International music. The routine features aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body. Zumba utilizes the principles of fitness interval training and resistance training to maximize caloric output, fat burning and total body toning.
