Cycling (30 min):
Only have a half hour? You can still get a great workout. This indoor cycling class comes on hard and finishes strong helping riders increase endurance and burn calories in a short period of time. All bikes have pedals with straps for standard athletic shoes and can also accommodate cycling shoes with SPD cleats.
Cycling (45 min):
Experienced cyclists to first-time riders are challenged to increase their endurance and burn calories in this high-energy, music-driven stationary cycling class. Interval training techniques and motivational strategies are used to simulate actual riding. All bikes have pedals with straps for standard athletic shoes and can also accommodate cycling shoes with SPD cleats.
Cycling (55 min):
High energy instructors, pumping music and motivation to keep you sweating, burning and toning for 55 minutes. Interval training, climbs and relentless calorie burn will take your fitness to the next level.
