Small Group Training – General Policies

• The use of cell phones and/or camera devices is strictly prohibited.
• Water and towels are recommended.
• Let your instructor know if you have any medical conditions or are pregnant.
• For safety reasons, there is no admittance 10 minutes after class session starts.
• Please do not enter the studio while a Small Group Training program is in session.
• Please be quiet and respectful outside of the studio.

Class Reservations

• You must be listed on the roster to participate in a Small Group Training program.
• To add your name to the roster, you must register and pay for the session.
• You can register for Small Group Training online or by phone at 888.412.2231.
• If you miss the start date of the session, don't worry, you can prorate into the session and join through the fourth week.
• Price for the program includes eight sessions at the time, day, and location of your choice.
• Makeup sessions are not guaranteed.
• Sessions are nonrefundable.
• If you choose to transfer into another program once the session has started, there is a $5 charge.
• To request a transfer, you must call central reservations at 888.412.2231. Transfers cannot be done online.
