Small Group Training

Improve your skills and knowledge of your favorite group exercise activity—and get in great shape at the same time—with our latest programs known as Small Group Training.
These programs, delivered by our specially trained and certified instructors, include eight sessions of training focused on a particular activity such as Pilates reformer, boxing or cycling (ten different formats in total). Classes are limited to 5–8 people so participants receive maximum attention and coaching from the instructor. These programs are not included with membership and require an additional fee to participate.
