New 6-week session begins April 14

Prepare for the Civilian Military Combine challenge in our UXF-CMC Prep class!

We have teamed up with the Civilian Military Combine to bring you a 6-week program that will fully equip you for the race.

The CMC is a team-based endurance race that combines high-intensity strength events with a series of advanced military obstacles and distance trail running. Our prep class will consist of quick and efficient exercises that will help you conquer CMC’s PIT while improving flexibility, agility, strength and endurance. From Olympic lifts to full-body calorie shredding, the UXF-CMC Prep class will get you ready to meet the Challenge. Overcome your obstacles and conquer America’s race.

Class participants save 10% on CMC event entry fee!

Nonmembers are welcome.

The UXF-CMC Prep Class is offered at the following locations:
NYSC: Astoria, Brooklyn Heights, City Hall, Dobbs Ferry, East 36, East 76, East 86, East Brunswick, Forest Hills, Long Beach, Princeton, Smithtown, Stamford - Commerce Road, Staten Island, Wall Street, West 80 and White Plains
BSC: Boylston, Lexington, Waltham, Wellesley and West Newton
PSC: Highpoint, Market Street and Radnor
WSC: DuPont Circle and South Bethesda - COMING IN JUNE!
