Designed by New York Sports Clubs fitness instructor, exercise physiologist and nutritionist Dr. Martica Heaner, PhD, the first 30 minutes of Lighten Up gets hearts pumping and endorphins rushing with a weights-free, high-intensity cardio workout. The class concludes with a 20-minute bright light therapy meditation session specifically designed to treat Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD).
