Deep Water Workout:
How do you get a high-intensity, low-impact workout? Just add water! By wearing a flotation belt in the swimming pool during this deep-water workout, you get endless benefits, and it’s suited for everyone from seasoned athletes to those recovering from injuries. The combination of the resistance provided by the water and the buoyancy of the flotation belt requires your muscles to work hard while reducing the stress on your joints.
